1. Parties & Acceptance

These terms are between Santral Mimarlık Mob. Tas. İnş. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“ARCHBOX”) and you (“User”), who uses the ARCHBOX service. By using the service, you accept these terms.

2. The Service

ARCHBOX is an online platform offering AI-powered architectural visualization and design tools (interior, exterior, landscape and industrial modes, including video and 3D).

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the service. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity carried out under it.

4. Credits & Payment

The services run on credits. A credit is consumed when the related operation (image/video generation) starts. Current prices are shown at https://archbox.app/pricing. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices shown exclude VAT/sales tax, which Paddle calculates and adds at checkout based on your location. If a payment cannot be collected, the related service may be suspended.

Credit validity: one-time credit packs and Leo minutes you purchase remain valid for as long as your account is open and do not expire. Credits and minutes included in a monthly subscription are valid for that billing period only; any unused part resets at the end of the period and does not roll over. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. We may change how many credits an operation consumes over time; your existing balance is preserved.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. 5. Acceptable Use

You may upload only images you have the rights to. Generating content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights or intellectual property, or is hateful, violent or deceptive is prohibited.

You must also not: use the service for fraud, spam or to mislead others; interfere with security (upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content with automated tools); reverse engineer or copy the software; circumvent credit, quota or technical limits; resell or sublicense the service; or systematically collect outputs, prompts or system behavior to build a competing product or train a model.

5A. Generative AI Content Rules

ARCHBOX uses generative AI to produce architectural visualizations from photos of spaces, sketches and 3D model views. The tool is designed for architectural and interior imagery; it may not be used to generate or alter the face or likeness of real people.

Prohibited content: illegal content or instructions to commit wrongdoing; child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits minors (zero tolerance, reported to the authorities); non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery and deepfakes; hate, harassment, threats and incitement to violence; malware, exploitation of vulnerabilities or bypassing of safeguards; publishing personal data without a lawful basis; impersonation, misrepresentation of provenance and deceptive content; attempts to evade safety controls (“jailbreaking”); use that violates sanctions or export-control rules.

Responsibility: you are responsible for the images you upload and the prompts you submit, for how you use or rely on outputs, and for verifying outputs before acting on them. You confirm that you hold the rights and permissions needed for any content you upload.

Intellectual property and takedown: content you upload remains yours; you may use the outputs you generate in accordance with these terms. The service may not be used to infringe third-party rights. Rights holders can send infringement notices to info@archbox.app; notices are reviewed and content is removed where warranted. Repeated infringement results in account termination.

Content moderation: we reserve the right to remove or restrict content, refuse or filter specific outputs, limit access to features, and suspend or terminate accounts in case of policy violations or suspected abuse. The safety filters of the AI providers we use also apply.

Accuracy and professional use: outputs are visualizations only; they are NOT dimensioned technical drawings, structural calculations, permit documents or evidence of code compliance, and they do not replace review by a licensed architect or engineer. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate; review them before publishing or relying on them.

6. License, Content & Intellectual Property

The application, software, interface design and trademarks belong to ARCHBOX or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the service for your own business within your chosen plan; no rights are granted by implication.

Images and content you upload remain yours. You grant ARCHBOX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit and process them (including transmission to our AI providers) solely to operate the service, fulfil your requests, provide support and prevent abuse. You are responsible for obtaining any consents from people appearing in your uploads and for not uploading confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.

You own all rights to the outputs you generate (images, videos, presentation boards), including full commercial rights; ARCHBOX claims no ownership of your outputs. You may use them freely in client presentations, in your projects and in work you sell. This is subject to you holding the necessary permissions for the content you upload and to the rights of third parties. To be able to deliver the service, these terms grant ARCHBOX only a limited license to process, store and display your outputs to you.

AI outputs may resemble outputs generated for other users from similar prompts, or existing works; uniqueness and exclusivity are not guaranteed.

7. AI Output & Service Level

AI results are generated automatically; their accuracy, suitability or fitness for a particular purpose is not guaranteed. Output is provided “as is”, and the User is responsible for its final use.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates or third-party AI and infrastructure providers; credits for failed generations are refunded automatically (see the Refund Policy).

The service relies on third-party AI and infrastructure providers; their outages, errors or policy changes may affect the service, and we are not responsible for them except to the extent required by mandatory law. We may change, improve or discontinue features for security, legal or performance reasons; if a paid feature is discontinued, the Refund Policy applies to affected unused credits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and its outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury, or to rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

8A. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ARCHBOX, its directors, employees and affiliates from third-party claims (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the content you upload, your use of the outputs, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for: material breach of these terms; non-payment or chargeback; security or fraud risk; repeated or serious policy violations.

On termination your access ends; unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy and your data under the retention and deletion rules in the Privacy Policy. You may close your account yourself at any time.

10. Governing Law & Contact

We may update these terms for legal, security or operational reasons. Material changes are published on this page and, where possible, announced by email; continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul shall have jurisdiction.

You may not assign your account or your rights under these terms without our written consent; we may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganization. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics or widespread internet or infrastructure outages.
