1. Who You Buy From

For purchases made through ARCHBOX, your contracting party is Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”) acting as the Merchant of Record. The sales contract is formed at checkout between you and Paddle under Paddle’s Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms); Paddle issues the invoice and collects the payment.

The ARCHBOX service is provided by Santral Mimarlık Mob. Tas. İnş. Tic. Ltd. Şti. — İstasyon Mah. Hatboyu Cad. No: 99, Tuzla / İstanbul, Türkiye — MERSİS (Turkish central registry) no: 0744046539900012 — support@archbox.app. Use of the service is governed by the Terms of Service, and your personal data by the Privacy Policy.

This page is provided as pre-contractual information for consumers in Türkiye under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation; where it conflicts with Paddle’s Buyer Terms, Paddle’s terms prevail for the purchase itself.

2. What Is Sold

Digital services available for purchase: one-time credit packs (for image/video generation), one-time Leo voice-assistant minutes, a monthly Pro subscription (with included credits and minutes) and monthly cloud storage plans. The content, quantity and price of each package are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. The service is provisioned to your account immediately after purchase.

3. Price, Tax & Payment

Prices are shown on the site in US dollars (USD) and EXCLUSIVE of taxes. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is added at checkout based on your location, and the total is shown before payment; Paddle collects and remits the tax as the Merchant of Record. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Your invoices and payment method are available at https://paddle.net.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

For digital content/services performed immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance begins with your consent (Law No. 6502 and the related Regulation). Nevertheless, you keep a 14-day refund right for unused credits from the date of purchase; details and how to request are in the Refund Policy. Refund requests can also be sent directly to Paddle at https://paddle.net.

5. Complaints & Disputes

Questions and complaints: support@archbox.app. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence within the monetary limits set by law; for the purchase itself, the dispute provisions of Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply.
